i had the 6's and they sounded great (esp the mids - the metal tweeters could be a little harsh) they can take more power than their rated.. the 6's took 150 daily for a couple years but once i put over 200 on em the tweets blew and the crossover protection didnt even light up or protect them so be careful - the mids still took it tho

I have the MSYNC8's. the crossover is what causes those to be harsh. When I used an A/D/S crossover it tamed that tweeter quite a bit. I haven't installed them in car yet but they are pretty **** loud connected to my bookshelf stereo running on about 20-40 watts.

ill tame down the tweet with the high pass filter on the amp and the 16 band eq on the deck. im not worried //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

btw just a note - im sure if i had a decent EQ i could of fixed the harshness - they werent that bad - i had store install them and they put the tweeters high in the door (i like kicks much better now) also one of the crossovers litterally blew up with the 200 watts... but that might of had something to do with teh shop - i didnt know much about car audio at the time and they put the xovers in ym door - when the speakers blew and i took em out - they were so rusted i could never use them again

i have heard tho the blue silk dome tweeter by memphis is teh secks - which can be had relatively cheap - but i never heard it personally
