As my car audio journey progresses, I decided I needed a clean amp install. It's a great stealth install and looks really neat in my opinion, and was easy to do. I know you guys love cleanliness & pics so I assumed you all would enjoy this. New box carpet and carpeting for the amp rack to come next, along with sound deadening on the doors and trunk lid, and maybe other places depending if I can find a good deal on deadening material. Let me know what you guys think

No more amps on the back seat. You can see the indentation from where the amp has been for over a year!

You can see I carpeted my box red as well. Looks decent in this pic, but its too bright and I failed miserabally at making the seams. New box with actual burgundy carpeting will come later.

Yeah, my bottom seam was horrible. At least its on the bottom though //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif . Anyway, you can see the spare tire well hatch underneath it, which is where I installed the amps. It locks too, so my amps are relatively safe!

This is what you see if you open it up

The entire tire well opened up. The wire hanging across is the subwoofer wire. Until I get some longer wire to hide it better, it will do. the setup consists of a viper1200.1 for the subs, a crunch v-600 for my comps, 2 RE comp crossovers, and a cap that isnt hooked up. still deciding whether I should hook it up or not. Maybe later

The cleanliness of the connections makes me happy //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif . Don't look UNDER the MDF board though //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/uhoh.gif.c07307dd22ee7e63e22fc8e9c614d1fd.gif .

And lastly my freshly painted hood. Looks a lot better without the huge white splotches all over it from 17 years of sun damage.
