the headlights are just basic blackouts from any little automotive accesory retail store and for the tails it looks like he may have used the spray tint. my friend did it on his 300 tails and it looks exceptionally awesome

you can get VHT niteshades from ebay to do the tinting yourself; but there are a few places where you can send in your cores to be tinted prefessionally
