My neighbors have never bitched at me..... then again, it's probably because I have the decency to turn things off a mile out. As a matter of fact, I'm over 150db and I don't even know if they have a noise ordinance around here because I have the common courtesy to not make an arse of myself.

Have some ******* respect, kid. If you need to "test" take a drive, go to a highway rest area, industrial park, or other large out of the way place.

i stopped by my buddies house a year or two ago with my Justy when i had her, just to show his mom how loud it is. I literally played it for like 5 seconds (i really dont like playing my stuff in neighborhoods either) and this lady from like 8 houses down comes out and makes a b line to my car. She proceeds to stick her head through my passenger window and scream at me. Really? So, i just slowly started turning it back up, lol. An unwanted hairtrick

op. no matter where u are and how loud it is. if a cop dont like that **** he can write u a ticket. if all he can hear is hi's he can still write u a ticket wheather its 7 am or 4pm. the time of the day doesnt matter. if u really need to test out a cd that **** bad then take a ride down a long highway or somethin, don g pissing your neighbors off just bc u want to listen to a cd. have some courtesy for your neighbors instead of pissing them all off. what if one day u broke down and needed a tow when your neighbor owns a towing business. to **** bad bc u had to **** him/her off just by testing a cd when u could have just takin a ride down a highway or something. its common courtesy.

WOW old Phacks forgot what they were like when they were young apparently. OP was excited about his new CD and couldn't wait to try it out....ain't as if he's blaring it while drunk at 2am when ppl are trying to sleep. If you never got in trouble with stuff like this when you were young, then you were prob a ******. A couple of visits from the cops and OP will turn it down nothing to get riled up over. Can't stand old fist shaking guys. Come over to me say "Hey I don't know if you're aware buy my house shakes when you do that and it's really annoying to me. Could you please do that somewhere else or keep it down?

Seriously people forgot how to be nice or say please they just wanna hate because you're young and they see hood rats bumping systems and assume you're some lowlife.

where i live i gets cops called on a regular. they have got to were they will ride by my house and jus flash their lights (signal for me to turn it down a bit) and go on bout there buis. we dont have a noise rule until 10pm. and 12pm on weeknds. i follow the rules so they dont reallyt bother me here plus it helps when all the cops in the city know your mom lol.. i was going 25 over the speed limit on a small road and system glaring and it was like 2am. the cop threatend to tell my mom and started laughing( i didn think that was funny myself)... he jus said turn it down & slowdown

lol... na my moms just one of those parents who teaches, coached sports for like 15 years, all american in college for basketball and has 4 sons who are all known athlethes in there town.

oh and OP. If you wanna keep a good relationship with your neighbor you should walk over there and appoligize and assure them it won't happen again..

OR you could **** them off by turning it up everytime they are around.
