Thats what happens. Its not cancer just the skin thats gets eaten away at pealin off. But thats weird that it would do it if he dipped that much. My bottom lip is like leather after dippin so much

yeah, i think the idea is that he doesn't get the leathery thing, he tries not to by peeling it all off....

my friend that did a research paper on chew said that the leathery lump that grows is preliminary oral cancer. sounds right to me....

well its not a lump its just a rough patch of skin like a calus in my mouth and extreme dipper has one unless they bite it off like your friend
