It looks and sounds (well you can't really tell because camera sounds always ****) like you wired the voice coils out of phase. If it's possible, disconnect one voice coil at low volumes and see if it gets louder and try reversing just once coil's polarity. Something doesn't seem right and I doubt it's your gain. Although, it very well could be your gain.

no its not my wiring i checked my gain is only at ...maybe 1/8 turn but my dmm read 34.6 which it should have
