There's a lot of Toyotas out there approaching 500K Miles, that should tell you something.

I'm at 140k now... largest repair? Break job at 115k miles...

lol...there was a thing going on around here where saturns were getting stolen left and right, think it was like 15 around town in a couple weeks

My bet is with Hyundai. 10 year warranty, that's some faith right there. People are loving the new Camrys too. Pontiac and Saturn though hahahaha, what a joke. They don't even exist!

Chevy Impala, my 03 had almost 300,000 miles on it... still ran like it was new till some dumba$s had to hit me

07 Impala runs perfect 120,000 miles on it so far.

As far as buying new, hyundia is looking pretty solid with the warranty they offer and are winning lots of awards from mags and shows for actually being nice cars now. If buying older, its not just the company but the actual vehicle. I have had great luck with my Nissan's. Truck finally needed a new head gasket at 400k miles and the cost was more than the truck was worth, so I drove it till it would go no more. I also had a 98 ford escort zx2 and of the 4 years I owned it, I replaced the breaks and did oil changes. No other problems. That is not to say i would buy all fords from that era, but that car (i believe a mazda motor) was very good.

I'd drive a Saturn just because if it ever got stolen I know who ever did it would bring it back, or id find them on fire on the side of the road.
