ok so here is the deal. im getting a 2010 wrangler unlimited hard top ( the four door one) so I know this isn't the best platform for sound but oh well i love bass. here is my setup. the wrangler has a 140 amp alternator and i have manual locks and windows so i'm trying to see if my vehicle will support the system I am getting.
power acoustiks 6.5 dvd in dash
2 alpine type x 12''
Hifonics 1600 watt class d amp
(subs will be wired for 1 ohm to get the full 1600)
two farad cap
plan on getting a 3-400 watt amp for my alpine highs and mids. anyone know a good class d four channel in this watt range?
so what do you all think?
