My friend needs some help

So my friend is a cheap ***. He wants a system but doesnt want to spend alot of money on it. I am pretty sure I have convinced him to buy a 12" DB500. I figure a brand new 12" for $110 with a warrenty is a crazy good deal. No for an amp. On the website it says 200-1000wrms. How much does this sub need? The sub is going in a larger sized sealed box to get the low end extension he is looking for so hopefully it won't need that much power.

Anyways what is the cheapest amp for him? He will do refurbed or ebay. I dunno about used yet. What is the cheapest amp for this sub? Also, what is the cheapest 4 channel amp that could power his front speakers and that sub?

My first system was a single Premier ts-w307 dual 2 with a MA Audio HK1000D. Real cheap and efficient set up. Sounded great in a 1.5cu ft box sealed. You could get the 07 model of the Premier for around the same price as what I got the 307 last year.

I wired it to 2 ohm for 800 watts all day.

You'd probably have to find a 2 channel that you can bridge. I have a Memphis Audio MCD500 for sale but you'd want something that makes power at 4 ohms since the db500 is a SVC 4 ohm.

Maybe a PG Xenon 400.1 or 600.1.

There's the Hifonics BXi6006 I think for around the same price, but they're over-rated, so you'd maybe be getting 300w RMS to the sub.
