My FIRST TL score

Well there are so many variables really.
I did 138.1 with 1 CVX Kicker in a sealed box off a 750.1 SS Autotek amp in a trunked car that is hard to get loud.

Stock electrical too.

Did 138.4 with a FI Q off same amp.

Did a 140.1 off two budget *** Pioneer 12's off a el cheap SM1000 Autotek amp in a sealed box........

Current setup I am putting in should be over that for sure and sound a lot better to boot.

Try moving the box around, different songs, obvious tunning. So many things go into it.

In all honesty , yes that is pretty bad.

Somethin is wrong.

I'm just guessing you played the wrong song.

136 is not loud at all too me. I prefab under seat of a truck 1 10 should be able to do that score.

pretty decent amp, you score higher with different subs and a larger bat

Just takes more practice and someone who knows what they are doin when metering.

Not bs, it is very doable with a single 12 in most cars.

You have a lot of room for improvement as far as your score goes. I would work on the box before you change any equipment.

well its a start bro. now first thing to do is get a cd with test tones and find the loudest freq, cause playing a song isnt good.

nobody want to hear i did blah blah with my setup this is the posters,ok.

If your system was louder it could remove the snow.

ehh ive never competed but that is pretty low score out of the ones i have heard

The good news is that you can probably make that score much better if you mess around with the setup....

You might also wanna go up a size or two with you wire. 4ga seems kinda small to me. Make sure you have a really good ground. If your amp can't get the power it needs, there is no way you can get it to run to it's full potental. Were are your subs and port aimed in the car? As bigbang said, this can make a huge difference as well.

MY first ever TL score was a 138.8 and I had 4 12" Kicker XPL's and a ZR600 amp... God I miss that system... Just keep trying and changing things around. Not everyone can drop a ton of money into there system to get 150 db overnite....
