Yes sir I did. Well turns out that crack in the baffle made it like 1/16" wider so its a tighter fit and is working fine. Can't wait for everything to dry to put in the other two subs and carpet it. Will get pics ASAP.(moms on vacation with the dig camera)

whoever told you that was MDF was wrong, that IS particle board.

i use particle board when people want to have the cheapest enclosure possible ~30 bucks.

it's not bad stuff, might want to give it a coat of resin.

nice looking project so far, want to see it finished, crazy patience with that dremel, get yourself a router or a roto-zip or at least a jig-saw from a pawnshop for 10 bucks.

pawn shops have a decent tool selection since tools are soo easy to steal.

i would of use the mdf for everything, but what you used is fine.

Tis true. It's working fine so far. Got 45mins til resin is dry so will comment tomorrow on it all works out.

Besides, 9bucks = 3.321gal of gas for me

45 mimnutes for resin to dry.. are you in alaska? it takes about 5-10 minutes here in florida from mix to rock solid.. and when i finsih a gallon i still have more hardener left over.. gotta love 95 degree weather + 650 degree hot air blower. particle board is harder to work with/has more blow outs, and is a pain in the *** to drill, compared to mdf.. next time when you have mdf you'll wonder why they even make particle board.

Well got the enclosure in and it is literally stuck in my trunk. Has no room to move. Get a jigsaw

Rotozips are the best thing i ever used... I made some custom mounts for my 240sx to fit 6.5" alpines instead of factory 4x6"s... i used a jigsaw on the first pair and they didnt come out quite right, but the second i used a rotozip and it makes life a whole lot better.
