Ok tools used: Dremell, files (see pic below...sand filing things dunno name) circular saw....

I need a ROUTER!!!

Pics are late into build because we just got a dig camera and wont have finished pics tomorrow cuz my moms leaving tomorrow morning and is taking camera with her so will have finished pics next week (monday ish)





Everythings pretty messy right now..cleaning it up tomorrow before I put the front/face baffle one.

Its 1/2" Aspen. Two parts of the port needed to be that width.
