dB Drag is and will be using the Termlab....USACi uses it as well.

SLAP uses the SPL-180, and will probably be switching (if they haven't already) to the AC SPL-190 sensor, I'm not sure about MECA.

my bad, yeah MECA is using the audiocontrol rta...im just used to going to all the MECA shows...sorry, the others are gonna use the TLab's...

"legal" and "outlaw" are a lil outdated.

Sounds better just to say on the dash sealed up, or in the kick. MECA does the kick, so thats how it was tested.

I'd also like to add the 148.1 is with the coils heated on a 1 ohm amp, wired to 1 ohm. Cold coils and a clean burp there is .3-.7db. 2 ohm amp with mo powa.. :-D

MECA is using the term for finals and everything else, but they say for 1x events, if you dont have the term, you can use the AC

SLAP is switching over to the 190, which is hopefully better and more consistent than the 180.
