Me and my step dad are almost done.

Tuned to 40hz with all ports, then plug to 35.

Baltic birch was 70 bucks for a 5x5 sheet....

BTW its 4.8 cubes after allll displacement. We are going to glass the whole inside of the box as well.

Ports look a lil close to back wall, they usually recommend the width of it away from wall....so 4in

woulda went with 2 6" aeroports. and the port IS too close to the back wall.

The port will work fine

a flared port doesn't have to be 4'' away if its 4'' in diameter

It looks to be 2/3'' anyway, I've done tons of installs where the port had to be pretty close to the rear to get the tuning down, worked just fine

Gotta remember it isn't like a slot port where just one area of the port is being loaded

it is 4" away its just a gay pic, box is 22d inside box and the ports are 18" tip to tip...

So i have the 4"
