Why cant i just hook it up like i reg would and then as i adjust the gain and bass bost and hz then go from there to how it sounds?

You need to wire your sub in parallel for a 1 ohm mono load. Set your amp to put out ~1200w or so with a DMM. So you would need 34.6v comming from the terminals on the amplifier. If the subwoofer sounds odd, like it is distorting, then back the gain off a bit. And remember, use a test tone to set the gain, not music.

Also, leave your bass boost all the way down (off), and set your SSF to around 65-75Hz; just adjust it until it seems to blend in with the rest of the sound equipment.

Read the link Jack posted. You have to do some leg work for your self in life. Can't expect to be spoon fed.

No. You don't want to send 1200 watts to a 500 watt speaker with limited knowledge and experience.

Also the SSF needs to be a half octave below the enclosures tunning.

No its all good i will play my burps with 69 SSF i already know where my gains gonna be espicially with how much power i will put to it! I didnt know to play bass songs for the gains but i sure will usually just have late night tip to adjust it! LOL

34.6 ac gotcha and will only throw about 800-1100 at it it can handle that.. So i will let you know how she sounds.

With your SSF at 69 you can only play tones above that. n00b.
