how u figure¿2.7 is enough

hears the deal..just becuz u have 2 q15's in a 8cube box tuned to 28hz with a 70square inch port(imho your choking them)

and feel u cant hit the lows well...doesnt mean that some1 else with Q subs cant do it at all...its not right wat your dooing....everytime when some one with a fi q sub no matter wat size..here u come "o they dont do well on the low end"

but anyway...scott knows his subs so if he says 2.7 at 28hz...then go for it

lol i just think his ears are special....he said even meade truck cant hit the lows and didnt meade do a 151@27hz. if that enough lows for you....something is wrong lol

The sensativity of your hearing falls off... but you can still hear it if it's loud enough... It's not like you can hear 20 hertz but 19 is magicly not there.

not another fight thread, o0o0h no! lol yeah originally I had the box buit for my IDMax's which Eric at ID said would be perfect, but they blew, so I talked to scott about the box, he said the 2.7 tuned to 28hz would be perfect for the Q12's as well. So I am trusting his word and I will see how low they are compared to my max (which got loooooooow). Either way, just looking at the build these subs are really beefy and I should be more than pleased with them (seeing how I got one for free to //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif). Again I would like to thank Scott, great guy to deal with.

Cant wait to get my hands on one of these.

On a side note, I would love to do a comparison on the FI Q 12 and the SI MAG 12. The look like twins.

I know looks arent everything, but does anyone know the differences between the two?
