we have ran 3 dd 9515s with 12kw and played music for it for HOURS and HOURS and HOURs in a box that was WAY to big and guess what... nothing happend subs got warm after about 3 hours of demoing

thats really not DD's fault

It is a companies responsibility to make sure their dealers provide good customer service. By allowing a company to become an authorized dealer DD is saying that they approve of the companies customer service and overall quiality and that they are proud to have them sell their products.

When asking a company for dealers around you, it really isn't your job to make sure they are decently run businesses. They should have done that work ahead of time.

So even though DD didn't provide the bad service, I still think they are at fault as well.

As far as the sub goes though, I am going with Human Error on that one. I want to know the details on that box.

Been playing around with DD's for a while now and no real problems, even triped a circut breaker with one and it was still fine.. soo your eather over powereing them how? or not doing something right.

I liked the 9512's I had. They were supposed to be redone into 15"s.. but someone missed that memo.

when i sent my 9512's in to be reconed into 9515's..they CALLED me to make sure of everything I wanted done to them. eh.

i beat the living shit out of my dd's and they play loud and clean day after day. the most durable woofers i have ever had. i thought my treos could take a beating, but i just cant break these things.
