I ve been to Indy500 and it is pretty cool but I think I will enjoy this kind of event much more

the Top fuel and funny cars still do 1000 feet.

I think it's pretty pointless to shorten the track by 300 feet. I mean come on, they are going 300 mph. WTF is an extra 300 feet gonna do? They cover that much distance in less than a second. Yeah, Scott Kalitta was killed and it was sad and all, but I think making the races shorter is kind of pointless.

Yeah, I know about scott kalitta.

Just seems like an effort in futility if you ask me. 300 feet aint shit when you're going 300 mph and your car blows up. Especially when you are knocked out and can't hit the brakes or pull the chutes. Unless the track is 5 miles long, you ARE gonna get fucked up.

Now the fuel saving part I can see.

It's actually a pretty inexpensive 7.1 megapixel kodak. It does take some pretty good pics though.
