75lb fiber glass box fits flush in the spare tire well...

then today...

reupholstered in black suade and fitted with 2 10" Image Dynamics 4ohm subs..

looks awsome, should look good installed, are you just gonna mount the amp underneath the subs on the box?

thanks man....the amp will be mounted below the subs in that open area...you can see in the older pics where the amp was on the grey carpet...after i do some finishing touches on the fiber glass to make it fit more snug, i will be making a false floor at the same height of the box so everything is flush and carpet it in black...also i will be "dynamatting" the whole trunk area.

i find it strange that the spare tire well is so off-center. What kind of car is that?

lookkin good, that will be sweet with a full false floor. and i also find it really awkward that it is so off center. do you feel like it makes a difference in sound?

hahaha its off to the side because of the way the gas tank is oriented. I don't think the sound of them will be any different if they were positioned only a few inches to the right...its a hatch so the whole inside is one big box.
