My custom 10" Is yours beefier?

My car is small. And I travel alot. I need some trunk space. So I am going from a 12 to a 10. It is also more of a wow factor hopefully. And it will be run in local comps.

Is it just me, or are the 'cooling spacers' just simple nuts?
Unless you are competing where cone area dictates classes, why would anyone want such a massive 10" sub? Just wondering not flaming, Im not really understanding the motivation to own this thing.

they look to be nuts... but they would still give the same affect as the ones IA uses

port back sub will be facing in. I know this isn't always the best way but it will give me the most room. If I have to rebuild the box I will.
