Customized amp rack - bling bling!!!

 

 

Rear deck & custom speaker baffles so that i could switch from 6x9's to 6.5's. Notice how i drilled the holes upside down. This was for sound quality purposes. Only using 2 of the 4 speaker holes to screw the speaker in was also for SQ purposes.

It took me a while to precisely shape the wood to fit, but it came out pretty smooth as you can see in the following pictures.

Had to use some more of the foam to restrict movement of the rear deck. used the white foam this time since white foam increases SQ.

Deadened trunk lid. Used foam to keep trunk lid from flexing

Sound deadened spare tire area as well. Used green sound deadening material instead of the white because green adds SPL.

Not everything was smoothe sailing along the way. I happened to break the bulb for the rear deck light.

Im pretty sure it was due to the yellow foam which i was using when i first started customizing. I thought yellow = sq but i found out later it = spl and my light was broken because of this.

 

If any of you need any custom work done, my prices are pretty reasonable.

I am hoping the links to the mess on the inside is not actually the same full car pic we see of the altima. Car looks tight from the outside,.

Or if you want, you can send your speakers to me and i can send them back to you with custom baffles attached. Only 40 bucks per speaker
