my friends box is just screwed together and gorilla glued on the inside.... his seems fine? i really dont want to unscrew it since i already put my caulk in it //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/naughty.gif.94359f346c0f1259df8038d60b41863e.gif

well if you cant get YOUR caulk hard, why dont you try your friend's caulk... nothin better than multiple caulks in one crack i say!
I honestly hope that this is your moto for life. . . . . Lol. It would be great.

Back OT, bro, if the caulk is honestly still 'tacky' and sticky and not at least to a stage that you can touch it and not get residue on your hands, you get bad caulk.

If your buddies box is screwed together then gorilla GLUED on the INSIDE, it still is, in essence, like glueing the pieces together. The glue just isn't in the 'butt' joints rather along the inside edges... I wouldn't even trust that honestly.

As for your box, unscrew your pieces. Take a putty knife and a razor to all that caulk. Find some woodglue. Glue and screw. Get NEW tube of 100% Silicone Caulk. Caulk all joints. Listen in pleasure. (hehe)
