My re-cone guy just called and asked what the top plate height of my hdc3 motor was.

I have the baskets and motors disassembled, but from pics and such I got search top plate I didnt find out what I had to measure.

Can anyone help me out??

Thanks

It's the piece of steel that sticks out above the magnet slugs. Top---plate.

I'm not 100% sure how the notch effects it. Might want to give your guy the total height and the height of the notch (my guess is that the notch is irrelevent for what he's looking for)

Yeah I'm in a circle right now too. I'm going to use 3/4" birch so I don't want to build it twice, stuff ain't cheap.
