i know this has nothing to do w/ car audio, but just to make it legit, i thew some pics of the shitty old school pioneer deck in there..

well, i have never been an engine guy at all, well my brother just finished turboing his civic (effing sweet) and i rode in it, and he said he will be getting another civic that he wants to do an all motor b20 in..

i told him, i want an all motor, so he said he'd show me how to do engines..

well, hes had a 4runner rock crawler for about 6 yrs (funny story how he got it, thats another post though) and he just bought another rock crawler..

but ever since we moved from NV back to NY, its been hillbillys "mudding" not "crawling".. but in anycase, he bought another crawler w/ a warped crank..

so we are rebuiling that engine, but we put the engine from his runner in his P/U cause the runner is mostly his project car, but we are still working on the P/U for crawling/ mudding comps..

there are soooooo many mods on the P/U..so much welding.. the engine came from the runner, bored to hell, upgraded pistons, hedder,exhaust, ti qucxikand loud..

but here are some pics of tonight.. my first real time rebuilding an engine..

im suppost to be getting my civic soon..

im not sure of the ratios and what not, my bro has em, im just the work hog, lol.. he tells me what to do and i do it.. the runner needs ALOT of body work, it already has a good amount, but needs paint and bondo (Im the bondo kid)

we are doing alot more work tomorrow, and ill take tons more pics, my cmaera died.. lol..

ill get a mods list for both trucks tomrrow..

the P/U need front end work.. doesnt do too well past 55 though the engine only has 50k, no rebuild, literally new..

could use a better ****** w/ diff differnetals and rear axle, and no, the dana 44 would **** for this, lol

the runner needs paint and some body work

yes we are.. really all it is was just the stock red tailgate w/ the red part taped off then primered, needs some work cause my bro didnt sand the part he was painting, does look cool though

I like it but that has to be some of the shittyest welding on that tailgate ive seen in a long time. My boss would flip the hell out is the shop turnned out some welds like that.

Other then that i love those pickups

yea man, it was a little TIG welder that we had.. its bad, but its for crawling comps, nothing more.. lol.. gonna get beat to hell ne way.. lol, hes doing an exo-secleton next month

it has an older shitty pioneer deck and old sony speakers, =ill just keep those in, but im gonna throw 1 or 2 of my ia's under the seat.. just for the hell of it

its toyotas 2.4 4cyl..

yes its a 4 banger, but the ****** ratio is 750 rpms at idel so the tires spin twice every 1 minute =]
