As the title states my dumbass brother got a DUI last night, have you guys ever had a brother to get a DUI?? What did you do to them when they got out of jail??

My brother has never operated a motor vehicle and never will.

My sister has never gotten tagged for operating under the influence (and I would suggest it's highly unlikely that she ever will)

If she had, however? I'd probably laugh at her for being an idiot.

Why does anything need to be "done" to him? It would appear that he's got enough troubles on his plate already!

Nothing has to be done to him, he's almost 30, I am 5 years younger than him and constantly have to bail his *** out. Your right, he does have alot on his plate at the moment, more than the DUI. But ****, it's just 1 thing after another w/ him, when you think he can't f**k up anymore, he one ups himself. I am very thankful that he didn't wreck or hurt or kill anyone though.

Yes indeed, I have told him I don't know how many times to cut that stuff out. It wasn't a matter of if something bad would happen it was just a matter of when.

Sucks to be him and you if you have to bail him out. I would be a good brother and teach him a lesson and let him stay in there and pay the pipper so to speak. Sometimes people have to learn the hardway.

That's just it, I am his younger brother, since before I was 16, I used to have to go pick him up @ like 3 in the morning.

He's 20 and at the bars(almost always driving) prolly 5 nights or more a week. He doesnt just have a couple drink either //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif.

My family is full of alcohlics(most dont drink now though, thank god).
