I have a ported box and want to change the box to a sealed box if possible, what would be a good way to do that?

The box I have now is 2 cubic feet and is ported. The woofer I am buying uses a 6 cubic ft. box if it vented and a 1.6-2.6 cubic foot for sealed so I was going to try to seal the port hole since the box I have now is good if it was sealed. People also said that the woofer should be ok if I leave the box ported. I will be running Ma Audio Synergy 15.

yeah it wouldnt hurt, its very easy to do depending on the port take the pip out and cover it with wood
