Before i was able to move around the 'physical' fuse from the outside and the amplifier would turn on, somtimes times i would jam it with paper or tape it down, but after a while palying my music it would shut off again. so i got tierd of that sh*t and i disconnected the entire thing. Now i'm back again having to use the same amp, except this time it won't turn on at all no matter how much i move the fuse. Can Some tell me what could i do to fix this issue.

o yeah are both of these things suppose to be touching each other, i don't know what to call dem but i'm sure you experts will know what i mean.

It looks as though the pcb mounted "L" shaped connectors that are soldered to the fuse holder has become very hot and melted the solder holding them together.

This was probably due to a poor solder job from the factory or perhaps from wiggling it around as much as you have.

Either way, you need to de-solder the connections between the "L" bracket and fuse holder, remove the fuse holder (probably screwed to the end panel), clean up the metal (perhaps a wire brush), reconnect the fuse holder to the end panel, make sure the connection between the the two parts is solid (I would pinch the two together with pliers or crimping tool to ensure solid metal to metal connection) and resolder the two parts.

Be sure to check that the "L" shaped brackets are properly soldered to the pcb traces (bottom side of pcb) because it's possible the solder has melted there as well.

Make sure the fuse is the proper size for the amp before inserting it.

Hope this helps.
