HELP PLEASE Powerbass Xa-3000 stoped working

:rage:Ok guys the weirdest thing happened today i was jamming out as i always do and i got an idea to try to just elevate my box just a little to see if i got any diff sound so i did and went on my marry way and not even 2 mins after that my amp stopped working it comes on like always but there is no sound i checked the speaker terminals to see if there was ant resistants and it read 0 instead of 1.5 like it has i dont know why it did this i took the amp apart witch by the way it was beautiful great amp parts but anyways it all looked to be 100% so i put the cover back on it and hooked it up and once again nothing i dont have a clue what it could be any advise would be VERY welcome thanks guys.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/rage.gif.0ad8a6e5565b5fddce406566fdd05149.gif

Disconnect the sub and check the resistance of the sub itself. If it still reads 0 then you have a sub problem.

Well it's not the amp is the speaker wire shows 0 ohms.. the wire musta came off the woof or box

either this... or you lit up the coil... but its deffinetly one of the two

well i checked the subs both read 1.5-1.6 witch is normal it is something else.

Your terminal connection is screwed up then..

are talking about the terminal on the amp or the sub box cause i didnt only check the subs while out of the box i also checked them on the amp when the amp is off it will read 1.5-1.6 when it is on it reads 0

I don't think a normal DMM can check impedance at the amp's terminal when the amp is on and speakers hooked up.

So you checked the impedance of the subs out of the box at its own terminal and it reads good, rehooked the wire inside the box and it reads good at the box terminal, but no sound when you hook up the wires from the box to the amp? Did you check your RCAs and remote turn-on lead?

I can prob figure out what's wrong in 5 minutes if I was there.

yep checked them both I even hooked up another amp and it worked perfectly so I don't know what it is so I gave it to my buddy who is going to take it to class with him and check it out hope he can figure it out cause I'm lost lol thanks tho man if you have any other ideas please let me know cause I'm out of them lol.
