Is there a way for my brother at school to get his songs from the computer at home? I know aim and emailing but is there a better way. Like where he can go and download the eniter library or something? I think i have seen somehting on here im just not sure.

Just run a FTP server from home. If you have dynamic IP then you will have to keep track of it changing, but other than that it's the simplest solution.
