Music Handling, 8" SPL

What is music handling vs. RMS vs. peak. The DD 1008 has 300 (RMS) 600 (music) and 1200 peak. What is important.

I am looking into an SPL setup for 8s. I can put 4 on my back deck.

I have 1500 watts.

I want to look at the manual for the S8L72. However, I can't get it from work. If someone can send, please PM me.

Because music is very transient and dynamic (read: very short, quick bursts of power) you can generally use a slightly larger amplifier and give the sub a little more power because it will be receiving quick, short bursts of power compared to a long, continuous stream of power.....like a test tone

8w7 are pretty loud if you ask me
