Music From Subs

I just noticed that music is coming from my subs, not just bass, but like if it's a rap song, the words and the treble is coming from them too, is this normal?

On your amp, set the 'Filter' switch to 'LPF', and set the 'LPF Frequency' to ~80 Hz.

Also set the cross over on your headunit too if it has one.

You're probably running your sub off a 2channel.. set it to LPF instead of HPF or both LPF/HPF.

By chance,are any of the 8 Harmon Cardon speakers in the immediate area of your subs?The trunk maybe?You may very well be watching your subs move and hearing the higher notes coming from the subs but really the music is coming from the rear fill.(or)Your crossover is set incorrectly.Good luck.............O2 SENTRA out.........................
