I've ripped a ton of cds onto my computer and of course have downloaded a lot as well. When I make a data disc on windows media player or real player it says some files couldn't be burned because it's protected by media usage rights. How do I get rid of that?

Use a different program, much easier than trying to get rid of tha licenses.

But other than that, just take tha tags off of each file & it'll usually do away w/tha copyright.

This may not be correct, but one way you can do it is using WinAmp. Load the songs into a playlist and right click on the song. There should be an option that says "Edit Tags" (it might be Alt+F3).

Ah, I thought you had them in MP3. You can convert them to MP3. I like using MPEG Suite, but thats for WAV to MP3 and the reverse. ImTOO MPEG Encoder will work. It converts all sorts of audio and video files.
