muscle toning

what the best way to do this, right now i need to work on my chest more...........i dont need it to be huge but i want more muscle there

my boobies are too floppy right now:crap:

so what are some good ways of doing this, i am signed up to a gym i just need a good work out plan

 
try doin what i do, its called HIIT, forgot what it stands for but what u do is run 4 mins on the tredmill, for 30 seconds u jog, then the next u sprint, then the next 30 u jog, then do that for 4 mins. each week add a minute. Ive been doin it and works great for losin weight, to tone up the chest, big weight small reps.

how much did you lose by doing you HIIT training? And how long did it take you?

 
When it comes to the weight lifting part I believe you should mix it up. Do heavy and light days. Your body may respond faster to toning by actually lifting heavy rather than light higher reps, trial and error. But the key is diet. If do not get that right it is going to take longer no matter what.

Wrong, wrong wrong wrong and wrong.

You CAN NOT tone a muscle. If you want more muscle tone, you can lose bodyfat AND/OR you can gain muscle, even if you clean up your diet its not going to cut it if you're taking in more calories then you're expending.

Get some cardio going. Best time would be in the morning, before breakfast.

I read thats the worst time to do it because you dont have any carbs in your body to burn off so your body starts eating away your muscles for energy..
