Murder mat or Second Skin?

They both are about the same per square foot and both seem like very good products, but which one do I choose, and how much do I need? I will be doing a whole car including doors, trunk, floor, panels, basically anything that will come off so I can stuff some in so I will be completely rattle free and insulated. The car is a new body Challenger
