multiple woofer box

ok if i want to build a box for 2 15s that share 1 port

is it ok for them to share the same airspace(i dont want them to fight)

and also the average box volume for 1 15 is at least 3cubes .i read in another thread then when 2 subs share port that the box can be 20% smaller..

so for 2 15s i would need 6 cubes after 20% is subtracted i would only need 4.8 ...???

is that correct??

most boxes ive seen the subs have a divider and ther own port

yes they can share the same air space and ive never heard of the 20% smaller thing.just make a box that is the right size for both subs 6 cubes
