Multiple Battery Diagram

made this for someone a while ago, but its the same concept

Can i insteed, acording to the diagram do this:

In place of the red top, use my stock bat up front, and in place of the bat cap, use my red top, adn do i need any isolator or fuse in-line

redtops generally aren't used as second batteries. you want to fuse within 18" of each battery

and once i have money throw the red top in the front and put a yellow top in the back
yes except i'd loose the cap. also i didn't see any fuses on that power wire. it's very important to fuse at each battery. also you can ground the amps back to the second battery. also if you let you car sit for a few days or run your system with the car off, you may want to look into a relay/solenoid
