multi-staging ????? adding more mid-bass.... help

Does anyone have any experience with running a 4 channel amp to power a set of quality components off the front two channels, and then using the rear two channels bridged to power a set of dedicated mid-bass drivers like maybe a pair of 6.5 or a single 8 inch woofer? Then using a seperate mono amp to power either a pair of 10's or a single 12.

Can this be done properly with the crossovers built-in the Sundown 50.4 or 100.4 ??? Is there enough seperation to do something like this?

I feel like I am missing alot of mid-bass and trying to figure a way to add more into the install.
