where could I learn how to use a multi meter properly and what kinda stuff can I do with it anyways. It seems like it would be a worthwhile investment but I have absolutely no clue how to use it? please help //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif

since this was posted here, and it kind of goes along with what I've been wanting to ask, I figure I might as well ask here. My dad's multimeter is pretty much shot and I'm looking into getting him a new one. Something nicer than the junk one he had. Any recommendations?

lol, not every monkey can afford a fluke. That's why I just use the fluke from work. Free>all.
The Mrs got me a Fluke 179 for xmas.... //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/veryexcited.gif.c26a15f316d23068607f36ddacd7a7ab.gif
