Mtx amplifier

I to all, i buy a mtx thunder 4244 and the led dont open. I would like to no where i could found the electrical diagram of them for find the problem.

The voltage pass but dont go on. I also check couple of parts on the board and find nothing. With the diagram i will be able to see all.
