MTX amp ???

Hi All

I am intrested in the MTX 4004 amp. Is this a good amp for the money ( I have found it for $150 new on ebay). Is MTX a good company?. I am not looking for super high performance but dont want audiobahn quality. Just a nice simple system to get good sound in my SUV.

Also the Pioneer GM-6200F. Is this a better quality amp. I know pioneer HU's are good but know nothing about the amps. I have found it for $110 on ebay.
