mtx 6000 series 10" subs

need some help with enclosure size for 3- 10" subs. i want to do a ported enclosure with aeroports.

1.) what is the best size enclosure...i have 38 x 14 x 16 to work with

2.) i will be using 4" aeroports the question is how many? will 2 be ok

these woofers are 250 rms each and i will be powering them with 750 rms
