well i love it... It works great. However, When i turn the gain up past a certain level, the amp itself begins to make a weird noise. It sounds like a humming... and it gets louder as i turn the gain. I DO have the compression circuit turned on, (or whatever it is named), that allows you to ensure that you won't clip. I also heard a semi-loud "crack" noise when i really try to wang with the amp. That may be my speakers, but i do not think so... The amp is fresh, back from mtx, and i haven't wanged it much at all. I DO have it wired to One ohm right now... i will check today to see if it does it at 2ohms as well.

-Is this a case of bad RCA's? i am replacing them today anyways.

-Bad ground on my head unit or somewhere? I know my head unit needs my antenna hooked up in order to work because my ground isn't right... am replacing that today as well.

-Could it be a fan kicking on? i wasn't sure if this model had a fan :/

Thanks guys
