Well, we've gone to play for one ridiculous amounts of times, but we won it in 1979 and 1992. The 1992 championship is when we beat the then #1 team in the nation, Houston Yates, which then gave us the mythical "national championship."

that show's producers and directors were here for muncie central high school (the movie hoosiers, this is the team that lost to milan) and new castle high school (stadium is called new castle chrysler fieldhouse, its the biggest high school sports stadium in the country) to follow basketball but both school turned them down. they then went to anderson high scool, and they turned them down as well.
