MRD-M1005 vs D5 1200.1

This is my final amp question I swear! Anyways, this amp is for an SWX-1242D, and they are the same price. Not sure if I can still even pick up the D5, but which amp out of an Alpine MRD-M1005 and Diamond D51200.1? A D61200.1 is coming out, but I have a feeling it'll be around 4-550$ from an online store. ALSO: I was just checking out Sonic electronics and they have the MTX TE801D (Thunder elite) amp for 350+ shipping...which one of these three should I get? Thanks, Jimmy.

woohoo one of the cheapest //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif also sonic has the JBL GTO1201.1 for 320$ shipped now, but I'm afraid it will have too high of a current. Any more opinions?
