I wanted to mount my amp on the back of my rear seat and even when I fold the seat down the amp won't be completlely flat or level, do you think that I will have amy priblems with the amp at that position?

no, as long as its not upside down and things aren't blocking the sinks.

Also be careful of the wires pulling and pushing in the terminals, they can come out after flipping the seatup and down.

I always mount my amps like that- just in case there is a flood, they have a better chance.

I have mine mounted on the back of the rear seats in my Explorer so that the heat sinks are are pointing up. There is pleanty of space for propper air flow.

I also secured the power/speaker cables to the seat. The only movement is between the secure points and the ground/distribution block.
