Mounting tweeters to kick panels.

What would be the best way to temporarily mount tweeters to the kick panel, while aiming them at the precise desired angle? If I rolled up some type of putty in to a ball and smooshed the back of my tweeter into it, and attached it with some double sided tape, would that work?

Maybe some of this stuff:

I want to get as precise of an angle as possible, and have it hold in that shape.
