mounting the box to the floor

easy answer, drill into the floor. the problem, its my friends escalade, and i'm not about to start drilling holes in the floor unless its absolutely the only way. i'm also always afraid of the "surprise you hit the gas tank!" the box is taller than it is deep, and to top it off the subs are being inverted, so the box is going to be kinda top heavy. i dont feel like paying to replace his rear window when the box tips over and hits the window.

anyone have any creative ideas?
