mounting sub..

i mounted the sub with the same screws i used to make the box.. drywall screws.. but it seems like the screws dont hold. what screws should i be using? hope i dont have too many holes.. then i wont be able to mount the darn thing.

You drilled your holes for the screws too big, or are running the screws in and out too often. Either of these will cause drywall screws to pull out, otherwise they shouldn't.

or, if you over drove them, and were using the fine thread screws..

I made that mistake once lol..

if you are using fine threaded drywall screws, pick up some big coarse threaded ones, you oughta be fine

Also get shanked screws and it will never come out.
