Mounting Depth Clearance

I am building a sealed boc for 2 12" Infinity kappa Perfect VQ's. There mounting depth is 7" and the box from the front of the baffle to the front of the back board is 8.25". Is that enough clearance?

I just want to be sure I understand what you mean by "from the front". Is that 8.25" measurement internal (inside the box) or external?? If it's internal, that should be good. If it's external measurements, using .75" MDF, there isn't enough depth there.

If it is from the from the outside of the front to the inside of the back you should have plety of room

^^^ thats it. It is 7.5" internal + the 0.75" thickness of the mdf in the front
