Yes.

If you do, use rubber grommets or something to reduce vibration transfer

Depends how much power your running to those subs too.

Most people will say it's a bad idea. I have before in the past but with another piece of MDF on top of the box.

The subs will be 2 10tw3 or 12tw3 JL's running 300w rms ea off an audison AV5.1k amp.
